Quello che ci muove. Una storia di Pina Bausch (KIDS)
Reading by Gianni Salvo
In “What Moves Us. A Story of Pina Bausch,” Beatrice Masini wisely and lightly recounts the biography of the great German choreographer, allowing young people to delve into a universe of stages and sinuous bodies and be carried away by movement and music. It will be a well-rounded journey into the life of the “pioneer, scientist, researcher of the unmapped territories of the human soul,” as director and friend Wim Wenders called her. It will be actor and director Gianni Salvo who will guide the children in this reading through improvisations, suggestions and games and with the professionalism and affability that have always distinguished him.
This will be followed by a happy time of socializing with a tasty snack.
Last step of the day, a guided tour among the wonders of Isola, whose home is Palazzo Biscari, the can important private Baroque-style building in Catania.
Free event aimed at children (ages 7 to 10) and their parents. Reservations required.
