This is a unique edition of this workshop. It has been taught to communities in Mexico and the USA as intensive and longer-form workshops. This will be a concentrated version, taught for the first time here in Italy.

 

The workshop will be focused on how we can use our everyday body to discover, connect, and express ourselves through movement. We will play with our hands, feet, rhyhtm, and the group, to find a deeper reconnection with ourselves.
