She works for six years to the creation and the interpretation of several performances by Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker In 1990 she founds her company and starts to develop an important pedagogical work in Amsterdam, at Insas – Bruxelles, in CNDC- Angers and at the École en Couleurs -Brussels. Her choreographic work is the starting point for the making of numerous films. In July 2005 Michèle Anne De Mey has been appointed Artistic Director of Charleroi /Danses.
