We approach the contact work from two different directions:
The physical aspect where we aim to get to know each others way of moving and see how we can integrate or make flexible our way in order to create a physical dialog with our partner. The "social" one, which can’t exist before we have experienced the physical step. Here we always like to explore limits or supports which we can offer to our partners and as well different mental situations and how we can use them in order to arrive to places and states of mind we would hardly arrive alone.
