Francesco Colaleo

He was born in Naples in 1988 and he trained at "Labart Dance T. C. S. ". In 2010 he took part in the project “Arsenale della Danza” at the Biennale of Venice directed by Ismael Ivo and he studied contemporary dance with Francesca Harper, Kenji Takagi, Geyvan McMillen, Tan Temel, Sernaz Demirel, José Navas, Daniel Leveillé, Sophie Corriveau, Ryuzo Fukuhara, Inaki Azpillaga, Yasmeen Godder, Karl Schreiner, Franca Pagliasotto. He attended the Master Class with Carolyn Carlson at the Atelier de Paris and worked as a dancer with Ismael Ivo’s company "Le danseurs Napolitains" for the season 2010 2011. Following workshops with internationally renowned teachers and choreographers: M. Abbondanza, A. Bertoni, C. Mucci, P. Nardelli, C. Vlassi, W. Byars, K. Schreiner, J. Panetta, Z. Gotheiner, D. Lynn Hannah, M.L. Mattox and M. Mattox, B. Shelver, T. Pierce, G. Armstrong, M. Nardi, V. Di Rocco, L. Martorana, Sonia Rafferty, B. Vandelli, A. Sanchez, C. Lanselle etc.. In 2010 he received the scholarship "Sergio Zappalà" for the second year of the CZD Modem Atelier directed by the choreographer Roberto Zappalà. He started his collaboration with compagnia zappalà danza in August 2011
