She was born in 1982 in Catania and she started to study dance with Cettina Pandolfo, and afterwards at the CSD in  Catania. Between 2002 and 2004 she has attended the specializing course Modem studio atelier of the Compagnia Zappalà Danza. IN 2004 she started her collaboration ad a dancer with compagnia zappalà danza, dancing in several productions as Rifarsi gli occhi, Ragout, Foulplay, 24 préludes and others, all creations by Roberto Zappalà.

She danced also in other productions like the Logic of the birds, multimedial project by Shirin Neshat , in Là dove muore il tempo by Aurelio Gatti, and in Il giovane Holden by Elio Gimbo, finalist at the Premio Scenario 2003. Se also collaborated with the company Statale 114 and director Salvo Gennuso for a project on Van Gogh.

She regularly holds contemporary classes, workshops and repertoire in several structures, among them Scenario Pubblico and modem studio atelier . Among the dancers of compagnia zappalà danza she is one of them who better transmits the most dynamic and powerful aspects of Roberto Zappalà’s style.

Since 2011 she collaborates with compagnia zappalà danza also as a rehearsal director
