From 2000 to 2003 he works as a solo dancer in compagnia Astra Roma Ballet directed by Diana Ferrara where he plays different roles and dances pieces by Loris Petrillo, Paolo Movic, Marcia Plein. Since 2005 Salvo Romania has been working with compagnia zappalà danza and he holds several workshops in different studios, such as Modem studio atelier, specializating course of compagnia zappalà danza. He also teaches technique and repertory of the company.

 

In the first part of the class dancers will be invited to a conscious relationship with the floor in order to catch energy from the bounces, to move as smoothly as in water. In the second part the same energy should be brought into the space following all the possible directions on stage, analyzing the different rhythms of our body.
